and service conditions to the G.D.S employees. Madam, Further to our letter of even no. dated 27.02.2009 on the above subject we are to submit that the principle of relating the pay and allowances of G.D.S employees including the rate of annual increment with the existing pay and allowance of corresponding category of departmental employees was adopted and put into action by a group of Ministers of the union Government after the submission of Justice Talwar Committee. It will only be in interest of administrative propriety that the policy and principle accepted by the Government and on the recommendations of the Group of Ministers are continued and no otherwise twist to the principles are given. Based on that principle, the wage-structure suggested by us is our letter of even no dated 27.02.2009 are accepted and orders issued accordingly.
