Subject: Urgent: Submission of Declaration Forms & Postcard Campaign
Dear Comrades,
Today, 30th April, we have received some reports from a few Divisions and Circles regarding the submission of membership declaration forms. The official deadline for submission to the Department is over this evening. While some Circles have shown encouraging participation, we are yet to receive a comprehensive update from all units.
All Circle Secretaries are requested to immediately collect the data from each Branch regarding the number of new membership declarations submitted. We will be holding a virtual meeting shortly, where this information will be reviewed. Kindly instruct all Divisional and Branch Secretaries to report their submitted figures to their respective Circle Secretaries without delay.
Postcard Campaign:
Starting from tomorrow, within the next 2–3 days, all Divisions and Branches must actively participate in the Postcard Campaign. Our demands were published yesterday and will be republished again. The campaign will include sending postcards addressed to the following:
1. Hon’ble Minister of Communications, Government of India, New Delhi–110001
2. The Secretary, Department of Posts, Dak Bhawan, New Delhi–110001
3. The Director General, Department of Posts, Dak Bhawan, New Delhi–110001
4. (Optional) Local Members of Parliament — raise local issues/demands as applicable.
Each Division and Branch must ensure that a minimum of 100 postcards are sent to the authorities. This will build necessary pressure to push forward our legitimate demands. Kindly mobilize the GDS comrades and ensure successful execution.
6th May Circle-Level Program:
The Circle-level protest program will be held at Circle Headquarters on 6th May. The P-IV Union will also be participating. Kindly extend full cooperation and ensure the program is a success.
The membership data must be submitted to CHQ at the earliest.

आज दिनांक 30 अप्रैल को कुछ सर्कलों एवं मंडलों से सदस्यता घोषणा पत्रों के जमा करने संबंधी रिपोर्टें प्राप्त हुई हैं। विभाग को अंतिम रूप से प्रस्तुत करने की समय-सीमा आज सायंकाल समाप्त हो चुकी है। कुछ सर्कलों से उत्साहवर्धक रिपोर्टें मिली हैं, किंतु समग्र जानकारी अब तक प्राप्त नहीं हो पाई है।
सभी सर्कल सचिवों से अनुरोध है कि प्रत्येक शाखा से नए सदस्यता घोषणा पत्रों की संख्या शीघ्र संकलित करें। हम शीघ्र ही एक वर्चुअल बैठक आयोजित करने जा रहे हैं, जिसमें यह जानकारी प्रस्तुत की जाएगी। सभी मंडल एवं शाखा सचिवों को निर्देशित करें कि उन्होंने जितनी घोषणाएं जमा की हैं, उसकी संख्या तत्काल अपने सर्कल सचिव को भेजें।
पोस्टकार्ड अभियान:
कल से आगामी 2–3 दिनों के भीतर सभी मंडलों एवं शाखाओं को पोस्टकार्ड अभियान में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लेना है। हमारी मांगें कल प्रकाशित की गई थीं और उन्हें पुनः प्रकाशित किया जाएगा। इस अभियान में निम्नलिखित को संबोधित पोस्टकार्ड भेजे जाएंगे:
1. माननीय संचार मंत्री, भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली – 110001
2. सचिव, डाक विभाग, डाक भवन, नई दिल्ली – 110001
3. महानिदेशक, डाक विभाग, डाक भवन, नई दिल्ली – 110001
4. (वैकल्पिक) स्थानीय सांसदगण – स्थानीय मुद्दे/मांगें आवश्यकतानुसार उठाएं।
प्रत्येक मंडल एवं शाखा को यह सुनिश्चित करना है कि कम-से-कम 100 पोस्टकार्ड संबंधित अधिकारियों को भेजे जाएं। इससे हमारी जायज मांगों को आगे बढ़ाने के लिए आवश्यक दबाव बनेगा। कृपया सभी GDS साथियों को संगठित करें और अभियान को सफल बनाएं।
6 मई सर्कल स्तरीय कार्यक्रम:
सर्कल स्तरीय विरोध कार्यक्रम 6 मई को सर्कल मुख्यालय पर आयोजित किया जाएगा। इस कार्यक्रम में P-4 यूनियन भी सहभागी होगी। कृपया पूर्ण सहयोग दें और कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाएं।
