NO, GDS/CHQ/01/CWC/2009 Dated: 21-01-2009 NOTICE Under the provisions of article 25 of the Constitution of AIPEDEU read with article 21 ibid notice is hereby given that an emergent meeting of the Central Working Committee of the union will be held from 11th to 12th February 2009 at In order that a larger representation and broader exchange of views is ensured, it is further proposed that this meeting be termed as "enlarged meeting CWC" and be attended by all Divisional Secretaries of this union is the country. It is clarified that while the CHQ will be making arrangements for food and stay of the attending members, the concerned Divisional unions will bear the T.A. expenses of the Divisional Secretaries. It is proposed to hold a massive march to Parliament on 13.-2-2009 to ventilate the resentment and anger of the Gramin Dak Sevaks over the treatment being meted out. Any further programme will be decided by the "enlarged meeting Working Committee". The following shall be the agenda for the enlarged meeting of the CWC. 1. Report of the GDS Committee of Sri,R.S.Nataraja Murti;- (i) Detailed analysis of the report underlining the injustices and departure from the principles already set. (ii) Note and demand placed by the union and related matters. (iii) Review of the strike called by this union and response of the Circles/Branches and necessary decisions. (iv) Withdrawal of the strike and agreement arrived. 2. Group of Offices and report thereof;- (i) Appointment and terms of reference there of. (ii) Presentation made by this union to the Group of Officers and their response. (iii) Report of the Group of Officers – analysis of the same underlining the positive, negative and retrograde recommendations.
