Make a Successful Dharna at Jantar Mantar 📅 Date: 3rd March 2025

 Congratulations to all Circle, Divisional, and Branch Secretaries, as well as Active Members!

The 3rd Phase was successfully conducted, marking the 25th Circle-Level Program. Some Circles organized the Circle Office Program exceptionally well, while a few had minor shortcomings.

During the Supreme Council meeting in Kolkata, we reviewed the progress and discussed the way forward. Now, we move to the 4th Phase:

4th Phase - Dharna at Jantar Mantar

📅 Date: 3rd March 2025

📍 Venue: Jantar Mantar, New Delhi

⏰ Time: 10:00 AM onwards

All nearby Circle Leaders and Active Members are requested to mobilize maximum participation and ensure a strong presence. This Dharna will be crucial in finalizing the Indefinite Strike Notice scheduled for 18th March 2025, as already fixed.

The Dharna will be held from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM (tentatively till 3:00 PM). Once again, we urge all Circle Leadership to actively mobilize members and strengthen the movement.

तीसरा चरण सफलतापूर्वक आयोजित किया गया, जो 25वां सर्किल-स्तरीय कार्यक्रम था। कुछ सर्किलों ने सर्किल कार्यालय कार्यक्रम का आयोजन असाधारण रूप से अच्छा किया, जबकि कुछ में मामूली कमियां रहीं।

कोलकाता में सुप्रीम काउंसिल की बैठक के दौरान हमने प्रगति की समीक्षा की और आगे की राह पर चर्चा की। अब, हम चौथे चरण की ओर बढ़ते हैं: चौथा चरण - जंतर मंतर पर धरना 📅 दिनांक: 3 मार्च 2025 📍 स्थान: जंतर मंतर, नई दिल्ली ⏰ समय: सुबह 10:00 बजे से सभी आस-पास के सर्कल नेताओं से मजबूती के लिए सक्रिय भागीदारी का अनुरोध है। यह धरना, पहले से तय 18 मार्च 2025 के अनिश्चितकालीन हड़ताल नोटिस को अंतिम रूप देने में महत्वपूर्ण होगा।

धरना प्रातः 10:00 बजे से अपराह्न 2:00 बजे तक (संभवतः अपराह्न 3:00 बजे तक) आयोजित किया जाएगा। एक बार फिर, हम सभी सर्किल नेतृत्व से आग्रह करते हैं कि वे सदस्यों को सक्रिय रूप से संगठित करें और आंदोलन को मजबूत करें।

The Union Cabinet has approved the formation of the 8th Central Pay Commission to revise salaries and pensions for central government employees. The All India Gramin Dak Sevaks Union (AIGDSU) demands the inclusion of Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) in this commission to ensure fair treatment and parity with other central government employees.

Comrade D.S. Nageshwar Rao, popularly known as D.S.N., veteran leader from Tenali Division, passed away

 

Comrade D.S. Nageshwar Rao, popularly known as D.S.N., veteran leader from Tenali Division, passed away on the evening of 9th January 2025 due to a heart attack.

He was the founder of Aikya Vedika GDS Protest in 2008 in Andhra Pradesh and retired from service on 30th April 2023. His felicitation ceremony was attended by the General Secretary, GDS leaders, and famous veteran personalities. Comrade D.S.N. was known for his revolutionary songs, speeches, and active participation in all postal struggles.

As the founder-organizer of the Tenali Cooperative Society, he left a lasting legacy. He always stood for GDS and extended strong support and solidarity to AIGDSU.

AIGDSU-CHQ conveys heartfelt condolences to his family and followers. Rest in peace, Comrade D.S.N. 💐 Your voice and vision will echo in every struggle we undertake.
