प्रिय साथियों/मित्रों,
हमारी मांगों के चार्टर को साकार करने के लिए 12 सितंबर 2023 को एक दिवसीय भूख उपवास कार्यक्रम में आपके अटूट समर्थन और सक्रिय भागीदारी के लिए हम आप सभी के प्रति हार्दिक आभार व्यक्त करते हैं। आपके समर्पण और प्रतिबद्धता ने इस आयोजन को शानदार सफल बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है।

की एक दिवसीय हड़ताल को सफल बनायें
जैसे-जैसे हम आगे बढ़ रहे हैं, हम
04/10/2023 को आगामी एक दिवसीय हड़ताल में आपके निरंतर समर्थन और सक्रिय भागीदारी का अनुरोध करना चाहेंगे। मांगों के पहले चार्टर में, हमने 3ए खंड को हटाने की मांग की है क्योंकि यह जीडीएस/श्रम विरोधी है और जीडीएस के लिए 8 घंटे का काम है। वर्तमान समय में जो अन्य ज्वलंत समस्याएँ सामने आ रही हैं उनमें बाकी माँगें भी शामिल हैं। यह जरूरी है कि हम एकजुट रहें और इन महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों के समाधान के लिए अपने प्रयास जुटाएं।
इस संबंध में, हम पिछले कुछ वर्षों में भर्ती हुए सभी नए जीडीएस नियुक्तियों से विशेष रूप से आग्रह करते हैं कि वे हमारे साथ जुड़ें और हमारी मांगों का समर्थन करें। हमारा दृढ़ विश्वास है कि आपकी भागीदारी हमारे आंदोलन को मजबूत करेगी और हमें हमारी उचित मांगों को प्राप्त करने में मदद करेगी। हम इस आयोजन में आपकी सक्रिय भागीदारी के महत्व पर जोर देते हैं। आपकी उपस्थिति और प्रतिबद्धता हमारे लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने की दिशा में हमारी सामूहिक शक्ति और दृढ़ संकल्प को प्रदर्शित करने में महत्वपूर्ण है। हम आपको सावधान करते हैं कि आप उन लोगों के नरम शब्दों का शिकार न बनें जो हमारे आंदोलन को खराब करने की कोशिश करते हैं।
इसके अलावा, हम आपका ध्यान दिलाना चाहेंगे कि 5 दिसंबर 2023 से अनिश्चितकालीन/समाधान तक हड़ताल की योजना बनाई गई है। हमें इस हड़ताल को सफल बनाने के लिए खुद को तैयार करना होगा और प्रभावी ढंग से रणनीति बनानी होगी। हम प्रत्येक सदस्य से हमारी उचित जीडीएस मांगों को प्राप्त करने के लिए योगदान देने और अटूट दृढ़ संकल्प के साथ संलग्न होने का आग्रह करते हैं। हमें 04 अक्टूबर 2023 की चल रही हड़ताल में 100% भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करके विभाग और सरकार को यह संदेश देना चाहिए कि हम किसी भी कीमत पर जी.डी.एस. का और अधिक शोषण बर्दाश्त नहीं करेंगे!
आइए हम एकता के साथ खड़े हों, एक-दूसरे का समर्थन करें और अपने अधिकारों को सुरक्षित रखने के संकल्प का प्रदर्शन करें। हम आपके समर्थन, आपकी सक्रिय भागीदारी और आपके अटूट दृढ़ संकल्प पर भरोसा करते हैं। आइए हमारी आवाज़ सुनी जाए क्योंकि हम सभी जीडीएस कर्मचारियों के लिए बेहतर भविष्य की दिशा में प्रयास कर रहे हैं।

Charter of Demands.
Dear Comrades/ Friends,
We
extend our heartfelt gratitude to each and every one of you for your unwavering
support and active participation in the One Day Hunger Fast programme of action
on 12 th September 2023 to realize our charter of demands. Your dedication and
commitment have played a crucial role in making this event a resounding
success.
Make One Day Strike on 04/10/2023 a grand Success
As
we move forward, we would like to request your continued support and active
participation in the upcoming One Day Strike on 04/10/2023. In the First
Charter of Demands, we have demanded the removal of 3A clause as it is anti
GDS/Labour and 8 HOUR work for GDS. The other burning problems being faced at
present are the rest of the demands. It is essential that we stand united and
mobilize our efforts to address these crucial issues.
In
this regard, we specially/specifically urge all new GDS appointees who are
recruited in the past few years to join our cause and support our demands. We
firmly believe that your involvement will strengthen our movement and help us achieve
our rightful demands. We emphasize the importance of your active participation
in this event. Your presence and commitment are pivotal in showcasing our
collective strength and determination towards achieving our goals. We caution
you not to fall prey to the soft words of those who try to sabotage our
movement.
Furthermore,
we would like to bring to your attention that an Indefinite/Till Settlement
strike has been planned from 5th December 2023 onwards. We must prepare ourselves
and strategize effectively to make this strike a success. We urge each and
every member to contribute and engage with unwavering determination to achieve
our rightful GDS demands. By ensuring 100% participation in the ongoing STRIKE
OF 04th OCTOBER, 2023 WE SHOULD SEND A MESSAGE TO THE DEPARTMENT AND THE
GOVERNMENT THAT WE SHALL NOT TOLERATE FURTHER EXPLOITATION OF G.D.S AT ANY
COST!
Let
us stand together in unity, supporting one another, and demonstrating our
resolve to secure our rights. We count on your support, your active
participation, and your unwavering determination. Let our voices be heard as we
strive towards a better future for all GDS staff.
