The memorandum was submitted
personally to the Hon’ble Chairman of GDS committee on 21.03.2016 Monday by
AIGDSU leadership. The highlights of the memorandum are herewith sending along
this circular. The CHQ will publish a booklet containing important points of
the memorandum and will be supplied to all Circle Secretaries, CWC Members and
Divisional/Branch Secretaries.
