Postal Banking with the large net work/connectivity is the dream of
the INDIA POST!
AIGDS Union also welcomed the proposal as usual with the same HOPE
AND VISION that at least this time the dreams of Gramin Dak Sevaks would be
realised!
Soon immediately the historic strike was called off on 20.03.2015 it
was GDS who made it possible to achieve the given targets, lakhs and lakhs of
Sukanya Samridhi Accounts were opened.
The hard work and dedication of GDS throughout the country was again
appreciated as usual. We have again
shown that GDS is always ready to work and work hard in any situation. It is a common to our department to achieve
given targets and this time our competition was with BANKS. This time also there was a pat on the back of
the GDS, merely a pat AS USUAL!
GDS did not float in dream by the above achievement as it is not
uncommon to him to do so, there are several records already. The attitude towards GDS is not changed yet
as far as his service conditions and pay.
He is patiently waiting for it, because he is working for the POSTAL
DEPARTMENT under Government of India who is supposed to be model employer! Now postal Banking is in the offing……? Is it not the time to FLY
HIGH this time with reality if the attitude of the POSTAL DEPARTMENT changes
towards GDS! Now a common man and an
unorganised is having a dream of PENSION!
Surely it will happen if we are considered REALLY as one among the
entire postal net work in true spirits.
We shall wait for the day, the day of the GDS to FLY HIGH!
