NOTICE
Notice, under article 25 of the
constitution of A.I.G.D.S.U. is hereby given that a meeting of the Central
Working Committee of this union will be held at Kakatiya University Auditorium Hanumakonda (Warangal) in A.P. Circle only on 7th June, 2014. The meeting will
start at 14.00 hours 7th June, 2014.
All members of the Central Working
Committee are requested to attend the meeting in time.
The following shall be the agenda for the meeting
of the Central Working Committee.
A GE N D A:
(1) Preparation
and finalisation of the bi-ennial report to be placed before A.I.C.
(2) Preparation
and finalisation of the audited accounts to be placed before A.I.C.
(3) Preparation
and finalisation of Budget estimates for the next session (2014-2016) to be
placed before A.I.C. for approval.
(4) Finalisation
of resolutions on problems and other matters to be placed before A.I.C.
(5) Any
other matter with the permission of the Chair.
