STRIKE FROM 16TH AUGUST 2017.
TIME AT OUR DISPOSAL IS VERY SHORT BUT WE ARE CONFIDENT THAT THE
LEADERSHIP AT ALL LEVELS ARE CAPABLE TO HANDLE THE SITUATION AND MAKE THE
STRIKE A GRAND SUCCESS.
This is a decisive battle against grave injustice to the
2.7 lakh GDS. It is a struggle against exploitation of labour and
struggle against ill treatment. It is also a struggle to
establish truth and say good bye to bad excesses..
We should make the concerned realise and discover that GDS are
postal employees under union government and deserve all treatment due to Central
staff. Let us remember the golden words of Babu Tarapada; ORGANISE IN SUCH A
MANNER AS TO CONVINCE THE GOVERNMENT THAT YOU WILL NO LONGER TOLERATE NONSENSE.
