NFPE/FNPO Sub;- Indefinite strike of G.D.S. Employees from 17.12.2008 reiteration of appeal for support and direct participation. Dear Comrades, You are aware that a situation of "Do or Die" for the G..D.S. employees has arisen and if we donot act right now, it will be too late. We have appealed to you to consider the situation in right earnest and extend total support to us by direct participation in our struggle for existence and struggle against injustice. We hereby reiterate and repeat our appeal with high hopes that you will consider the same positively and issue a call to all Postal employees to plunge into direct action and join the strike from 17.12.2008. We are thankful to the entire Postal Comrades of Kerala Circle who have taken a fraternal and Comradely decision that all Postal employees will join the strike on 17.12.2008 in support of the struggle of G..D.S. employees. Comrades, The G.D.S. employees are the "super exploited" class as our late lamented great leader Comrade K.Adinarayana ji used to call. It is time that this super-exploited class is extended unqualified support in their struggle by their brethren and Comrades who are better placed. We, fervently, request you kindly to consider our appeal with open heart and issue a call to all Postal employees to join the strike from 17.12.2008 which will add yet another mile-stone in the struggle, unity and fraternity of Postal employees.
