Sub:  Inclusion of GDS IN 7th CPC -Reg

Madam,

                                               

There should be an agreement in be signed by Member and General Secretary as " it is agreed that the deptt of posts will recommend to the govt to include the G D S  wage structure and service conditions in the terms of reference of the 7th CPC. If however the Govt does not agree deptt of posts shall appoint one man Committee under a retired judge of high court, the terms of reference should the same as for other Central Government Employees ".
