The A.I.P.E.D.E.EU Manipur Divisional Conference (N.E. Circle)

under the presidentship of Com.W.IBOHANBI SINGH President Manipur division. The
open session was ingenugarate by Dr. Thokchom Meinya Hon’ble MP. Lok sabha
& former Minister Higher &Technical Education Manipur Stat, also Com.

President Assam Circle, Com. NC . Daimary, Circle Secretary Assam, Com. Ganesh
Gurung, Circle Secretary, N.E. Circle, Com. N. Gojen, President P-III, Manipur
