ACTIVITES OF NFPE

THE MEAN AND DESTRUCTIVE ATTITUDE OF NFPE PROVED AGAIN WHAT AIGDSU SAID IN 2012 BECAME TRUE All are aware that AIGDSU conducted glorious indefinite strike for seven days in the month of October, 2012 and four days in February, 2014 to settle most and important problems of GDS including regularization. The Department of Posts appointed D.K. Chauhan Committee to examine the GDS and casual labourers issues which were raised by AIGDSU during the negotiation took place with higher officers of the Department. As a result the Department of posts issued seven orders on 14.01.2015 and another order granting MTS scales recommended by VI CPC to full time and part time casual labourers. It is the great achievement of AIGDSU 2012 indefinite strike. In this connection, we would like to remind all GDS fraternity the mean and destructive attitude of NFPE once again. When AIGDSU started struggles for regularization in 2012, NFPE and AIPEU-GDS(NFPE) filed a writ petition in Supreme Court with mean and destructive attitude to misguide the GDS and propagated that Supreme Court is going to pass judgement for GDS regularization. It is none but to dilute the AIGDSU indefinite strike. NFPE supported the Department ignoring the minimum trade union consciousness. AIGDSU told that NFPE and AIPEU-GDS (NFPE) filed writ petition in the Supreme Court not to settle the demands but to make the regularization demand “subjudice”. What AIGDSU told became true today. In postal-JCA (NFPE-FNPO-AIPEU GDS-NUGDS) meeting held on 05.02.2015 in Dak Bhavan, some of the leaders raised the GDS regularization demand. The Secretary Department of Posts replied that As the regularization demand is “Subjudice” the Department is not willing to discuss it. On repeated requests the Secretary allowed them.  AIGDSU is requesting all GDS fraternity to think and analyse who are cheaters? Who are liers? And who are destructors? AIGDSU strongly believes that there is no other way except struggles to settle the justified demands. Hence all the GDS fraternity is again requested to rally round AIGDSU and participated in the proposed indefinite strike from 10.03.2015 leaving the banner and cadre sentiment as well as leaving the non fighting leadership to realize GDS justified demands. Legal fight of NFPE became curse to GDS It is known fact that the Supreme Court denied the writ petition filed by NFPE and AIPEU-GDS(NFPE) to take into consideration and was transferred to Delhi High Court. Then also the NFPE leadership shamelessly propagated that the Supreme Court ordered the Delhi high court to consider the regularization of GDS. What happened now! The high court also denied the writ petition taking into consideration and was transferred to Central CAT. Such is the fall of NFPE from higher court to lower court. Once again GDS was cheated by NFPE. NFPE legal battle continues till the GDS completely ruined. We don’t allow such type of mean and cheating activities of NFPE. We are fighting fighting and fighting until reaching our final goal. Organize, mobilize and make 10.03.2015 Indefinite strike success.
