Processing of transfer applications of GDS under limited transfer facility- introduction of GDS online transfer Portal.

Sir/Madam,

        Kindly refer to this office communication no. 17-31/2016-GDS dated 28.11.2022 regarding processing the transfer applications of GDS under limited transfer application instructions of the GDS online portal.

2. In this connection, as per the instructions of this Directorate dated 18.11.2022 the timelines for master data entry of the DGS vacancies by the Units/Divisions were specified from 28.11.2022 to 05.12.2022. But as per the report received from CEPT many of the Divisions have not logged in to the web portal. The list of the Divisions not logged in the portal is attached herewith.

3. Therefore, it is requested to instruct all the unit/Divisions Head accordingly and make ensure to follow the timelines.
