Com. Shivram Shukla is no more. !!

Com. Shivram Shukla Ex R3 President today morning breathed his last. He was about more than 70 years. In last few months he was illness admitted in hospital. Finally in Allahabad on 5th August 2014, was his last day. Com. Shivram Shukla was a good orieator in Hindi speech. He attended AIPEDEU/AIGDSU National convention and All India Conferences.
