Information on A.I.C. Venue

 

Dear Comrades,

                  

We are glad to inform you that, the 7th All India Conference of A.I.P.E.D.E.U of Gramin Dak Sevaks employees is being held at "Gurukunj Ashram" in Amravati District of Maharashtra State. From 6/4/12/ to 8/4/2012.

 

The Gurukunj Ashram is a famous holy memorial place of National saint Shri. Tukdoji maharaj, whose literature on "Gram Geeta' on rural living is famous all over the world. It is written in English, Hindi, Marathi and in so many other Laungauges. It is available for sale in this Ashram. Many Social develomental activities, Institutions, basically planned on Rural developments run by the Ashrm.

Near by Railway Station – Nagpur & Badnera (Amravati)

The venue of Conference  is 115 K.M. away from Nagpur Railway station on N.H. 6 on Nagpur-Amravati Bus  route. The main Bus stand of Nagpur is only on 4 K.M. distance from Nagpur Railway Station. The delegates Coming from west Bengal. Orissa, U.P. Jharkhand, Tamilnadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Delhi, Punjab, H.P., N.East, J&K, M.P. can travel via Nagpur to Gurukunj Ashram,

 

Badnera (Amravati)

The delegates from Rajthan, Gujrath and few part of Karnataka can travel by train Via Bhuswal to Badnera (Amravati) Bhusawal, Nagpur and Bhanera are the Railways junctions on central Railways route between Calcutta-Mumbai. The delegates reaching at Badnera Should pick up city Bus or Auto Riksha for Amravati Bus station, which is 10 K.M. aways from Badnera. The Badnera is a part of Amravati Muncipal Carporation. The distance from Amravati Bus station to Grukunj Ashram is 35 K.M. by bus route only.

 

          At every 15 minutes buses are available from Nagpur as well Amravati towards Gurukunj Asharm (Venue of Conference).
