The Bonus file is now pending with the Expenditure Department, Ministry of Finance, and clearance is expected shortly. The 3% DA hike will also be issued soon.

DA 3% Union Cabinet approve

The Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today has approved to release an additional instalment of Dearness Allowance (DA) to Central Government employees and Dearness Relief

(DR) to pensioners w.e.f 01.07.2025 representing an increase of 3% over the existing rate of 55% of the Basic Pay/Pension, to compensate against price rise.

Bonus has not yet been released. The file is pending with the Hon’ble Communication Minister and, after clearance, will go to the Finance Ministry. This process may take a few more days. Pooja has to be done without bonus this year. Kindly do not believe any rumours.
